Tea

My father and my mother prefer to drink his breakfast tea every morning than a coffee on their table as they feel the morning breeze on our garden. They both choose to drink tea than coffee, it has been said to be better for their health than to drink coffee. It is because Tea is a drink made from the the natural leaves and buds has said to have the most important non-alcoholic beverage that most people drink these days. It can be either the black tea and green tea. They both love to use the teapots as they boil the tea leaves and smell the aromatic smell of the tea.

Tea do also contains the flavonoids, compounds that is also been reported to have anti oxidant properties that is good for our health. On these effects it can help you in the prevention of heart disease and the cancer. The Tea flavonoids also reduce inflammation and to have antimicrobial effects. There are some studies suggest that tea may help prevent tooth decay. That is why the consumption of tea may have diuretic effects, which is largely due to the caffeine, and tea may also inhibit the absorption of iron in the gut. Tea is also used in some cosmetic products for an astringent effect.
